Sanmina Corp. (SANM) warned investors that revenue for the second-quarter will be between $1.23 billion and $1.28 billion, as a result of a "challenging revenue environment." However, the company reaffirmed it expects earnings of 34 cents to 35 cents a share for the second quarter of fiscal 2001 and earnings of $1.37 to $1.42 for fiscal 2001, which is in line with Wall Street expectations. Analysts currently expect a second-quarter profit of 35 cents and full-year earnings of $1.41 a share
