UBS Warburg on Telecom Equip : UBS Warburg downgrades the following stocks to HOLD from BUY: CSCO, CIEN, JNPR, NT, TLAB, ADCT, AVCI based on review of the further worsening of U.S. telecom capex trends for 2001; feels that group will be confined to a trading range for the next two qtrs; while firm does not see material downside from here, poor telecom capital spending environment makes it difficult to maintain Buy ratings.
